My executive function is really that bad for me, but as long as I have a plan I that helps mitigate it I can function and thrive pretty well. If I want anything eaten and not forgotten about, especially if I cannot see it, I have to spend time labeling my fridge every week. I eat vegetables when they're encased in clear bins that I've bought so I can see everything, but will lose the same ones to spoilage in the veggie drawer because I forget about them. One trait that is one of my biggest problems with my specific flavor of ADHD that I've struggled with my whole life is lack of object permanence, which is common. I have no idea why you would want a task list always open, on top of your other windows. ![]()
